They're making fun of the fact that Fermi which is NVidias GTX 4xx lineup tends to use a lot of power and creates a lot of heat. They forgot to mention though that those factors are often negated when you have a good enough PSU and a good cooling system so this is just pretty much ATi talking out of their ass bashing Nvidia.
