EDDSWORLD: The End (Part Two) - General

Brandon Turner was a great choice of animator for this one. Glad to see Eddsworld Legacy get the sendoff it deserves.

I watched the documentary yesterday too, and the attention to detail with all the old clips, characters, jokes and ideas in this one was extraordinary. The old Nørsk Car they transported Tord in, the helmet joke, The Dudette Next Door flashback, The Moviemaker line "Mr. PRESIDENT!", Bacon Cola jokes, Obviously bad pun jokes as the racket joke and ect... I'm glad to see that they managed to pull a great episode as the final straw, since Space Face looked good, but lacked kinda the spirit I knew Edd and Eddsworld for. I'm going to miss the show, and it's really weird to think that it's soon 4 years ago that Edd Gould passed away. I'll post on of my favorite "Edd jokes" here, for people that wanna share the memories of a great person and an amazing animator. Left for Edd 2 - Edd the Tank, with music of course, that he micspammed towards everyone in the game while we were screaming as the survivors in versus. Did anyone else notice at the end scene the art and animation style changed back to something more like the original cartoons?

Having multiple animators doing one or two scenes each turned out much less distracting than I thought it would be, usually when internet music videos or whatever do that it's super inconsistent and hard to follow Probably had good direction and model sheets

If you can tolerate the silly talking CG head every now and then, Tom posted an Eddsworld Legacy documentary/retrospective on his alt channel. [media]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBNoWpiOVYc[/media] The show itself never struck me as remarkable in any way, really. But I still like it for some reason. I think it's because it reminds me of early 00's Newgrounds animations and stuff, where it was just kids doing animations for fun. As silly, pointless, shoddily-made, and humorless as a lot of those old animations were, it had that tinge of uninhibited passion behind every single frame. And I still love them for that. I hope we get more Eddisodes.
