Forgot to mention those people who talk on their phones or everyone they know to talk about just how much of a good workout they're having on the ellipticals while doing like 5 rpm at level 2. Also people sitting on other cardio machines on their phones updating social media to let everyone know just how hard they're working out. [editline]30th January 2014[/editline] I'm talking about the people who go to the gym thinking it's a fashion statement.

I agree with everything except the elevation mask. You think your breathing technique is good when you lift, but then you put one of these on and realize how ragged and uneven your pattern is. One of my gym buddies has one, and as a future nutritionist and personal trainer he had no trouble listing off how your body reacts and processes things when low on oxygen.
