Could only imagine what he might do with GTA V, if it allows modding.
Textures are currently mod-able, people have changed and added models. Not sure about scripts and shit like that, but this game is definitely mod-able.
Although, this thread is late. PCGames's bot in the news forums already posted about this.
Actually gives some life to GTA IV's otherwise drab and dreary graphics + color scheme.
In some parts of the trailer, the game look likes GTA V.
Looks so much better with colors.

That's what I like so much about the current generation of games coming out: colours. You can be gritty and all that mundane nonsense but that doesn't mean everything has to be gloomy. GTA 4 really is prettier than the coffee filters had you believe.
