I really do hate to stick up for these people, but this video was posted around the time when many illegal aliens where coming through the border states (Arizona, California, Texas, I hear Arizona mentioned so I'm assuming thats where this takes place. That's also where I live) and these illegal citizens were really not great. They were ruining the local economy that could've been taken by legal citizens, but since these were illegal they also didn't have to be payed minimum wage, which made them that much more enticing to employers. I heard on the news that illegal aliens / Mexicans(in the sense of being from mexico, not a derrogitory term) made up more than 50% of the crime rate, and that our prisons contained more of Hispanic race than any other descent. This isn't a problem anymore due to many laws that have been passed that threaten legal action against employers that do higher them. That, and my theory is that since our economy has been doing badly lately, and jobs haven't been as available, they've stopped illegally coming over because the opportunities that await them aren't as plentiful as before.
Like I said, these protesters really were ass hats, but if you were to talk to an educated person about these issues, they'd have similar opinions.
As an American I apologize to those of other nations who had the unfortunate experience of seeing our most racist and stupid citizens. We normally never let them out of their cage in the basement.
