Mozart of the Pickpockets is a 2008 Academy Award Winner for Best Short film. It is about two thieves somewhere in France meeting a deaf and mute boy. I just finished watching it and it was great, I'd love to see the Producer make an actual full-length movie. Although they speak in French there are subtitles.

yeah this was on YouTube's featured videos a few days back. my roommate and I watched it earlier, it was really good actually, very creative in writing and content, along with some nice camera work.
I see why that was an award winner. Great little film.
