And the most unbelievable thing is that the whole team consists about like 100 people or so, so you have this family bond with everyone.
I always imagined big game companies like Bethesda would have everyone working in tiny Cubicles and that Valve's offices were the exception, not the rule.

I always like these indepth looks into the game studios and how they work. It always seems the most successful ones are in brightly lit, opened up areas.
That place looks pretty cool. I wouldn't mind working there, it looks like a nice atmosphere.
