I know Naughty Dog has been doing this for years, but it's amazing how much detail goes into this.
I would love to be a mocap actor / voice actor.
I'd kill to work with Troy Baker and Nolan North.
Fairly sure they even included one of their pranks during shooting as an easter egg in one of the games.

not mocaps specifically.
in the making of the last of us, they had a guy with some kind of camera running around the sound stage "filming" the actors. i found it super interesting
is that the norm or?
I think most major studios do Mocap work for cutscenes, although they don't always use the voice actors. Half Life 2 was one of the first games to use Mocap, if I remember correctly, but they used the character likenesses instead of the actual voice actors.
