I was planning on doing a video like this myself at some point, but it looks like this guy beat me to it. I am absolutely fascinated by the Super Game Boy. It's a seriously interesting piece of tech, and was capable of so much more than most developers ever even did with it. I personally think it's the most interesting game peripheral ever.

Here's Part 2.

I've had my SGB since 1995 and I still use it to this day, it's such a neat thing. Recently I've been playing though Pokémon Silver once again.

And of course back when I was 7 years old I thought playing my GB games on a larger TV screen was the coolest thing ever.
And here's Part 3!

He also uploaded videos including things such as the full credits for the Super Gameboy and all the borders.
I have the Hori Commander to go with my SFC and SGB2. It's honestly not the best controller (the d-pad is a little finicky for four-way movement like in block puzzle games), but it is really neat just because of its exclusive functions.
I wondered for a while how Hori was able to get exclusive functions programmed into the SGB just for their controller, but it all made sense when I decided to view the SGB credits and saw that Hori actually programmed the SGB itself. The more you know.

I guess it's Super Game Boy Month. :v:
Wow, I knew almost nothing about the device.
