None of the people on Reddit have really gone off into their own interests, [b]they[/b] form uneducated opinions on everything because most of them haven't spent enough time in certain aspects of life to give an educated opinion.

No it's not. If you sign up for an account and filter out all the shitty subreddits (of which /r/atheism might just the worst) then it turns into a fantastic website. That said, Reddit gives off an incomprehensibly poor first impression.

Isn't that the norm of most social forums? I see a lot of users on Facepunch that do the exact same thing.
Not saying that every user here can't form their own opinions, but there are still plenty of them here.

A good example would be the Durgs sub-forum when it first came out. Everyone there was pro-marajuana from what I understand, and a lot of the threads in that sub-forum can be seen as a circlejerk just like r/athiesm threads.
The only personal problem I have with reddit is that stupid upvote system. It's pretty much FP back when ratings gave you a badge on your profile.
r/atheism is practically the biggest circle jerk I have ever seen in my life.

I mean, if all the atheists you hate are posting in r/atheism, they aren't posting everywhere else about shit you hate. They make their own place to hang out and trade shitty jokes, and you get mad at them for having a place to do that. They don't make that place and make shitty jokes everywhere else, and you'd get mad at them for that. It seems less about them having their own niche and more about you not wanting them to exist.

Like I don't go to Sunday mass primarily because I don't really want to hear it. Partially because I'd feel like Solid Snake in that scene on the boat with the huge army in MGS2, like I could get found out and obliterated at any moment.
But mostly the not wanting to hear it thing.
