When you thought Saints Row couldn't get any more over-the-top...
Ladies and gentlemen, Gat vs Satan.
I'll just quote myself from the other SR4 thread I posted in:
Why would anyone want more SR4? The game felt like a fucking deviantart kid's fanfiction he wrote after watching his big brother play the game for 10 minutes. Sure, it was fun, but jesus christ, the story was one of the most painfully unfunny and badly written things I've played in a hell of a long time.
What is fun?

Nice opinion. Too bad you went too much to one side and now you're just calling it names instead of creating a sensible valid point.
hopefully the map isn't just STEELPORT: HELL EDITION this time around

imagine playing a sequel to a series with two games with good stories in it and hoping this one isn't shit like the last game.
Actually slightly excited for this. SR4 was insanely fun for me with all the superpower stuff.

You answered your question in the same post.
it was fun
I'd get it

Was about to say, will be extremely disappointing if its just another reskin with some statues.
Finally a chance to play someone besides The Boss. Gat of all people..
The game features online co-op for two players. Its version of Hell will be about half the size of Saints Row 4's Steel Port, Volition says.
Players will get access to a handful of new weapons in Gat Out of Hell, including the Arm Chairmageddon (a La-Z-Boy recliner with guns), the Energy Caster, a Locust Gun and a weapon that fires a plague of frogs.
Developed by Volition and High Voltage Software, Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell is a stand-alone expansion and won't require a copy of Saints Row 4 to play.
Gat Out of Hell will retail individually for $19.95 and will be released on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on Jan. 27, 2015. The expansion will also be part of an upcoming re-release of Saints Row 4 called Saints Row 4: Re-Elected for PS4 and Xbox One.
Interesting. This could be SR4's Blood Dragon.

Considering the previous games had good stories yeah imagine that
SR4 was barely funny/entertaining
What about Dex?
What about Troy?
I'm gonna play this.
And I'm gonna have fun.
I hope there's loads of fucking metal involved.

Saint's Row 4 has too many problems to list in one post, but I'll explain a lot of my issues with it.
First off, the story is just awful. At least SR3 was still a crime game, SR4 went completely off the rails. It's barely even Saint's Row anymore. Aliens, lasers, simulations, time travel, it all felt really thrown in and badly thought out.
The fact that the game took place nearly entirely in a simulation made nothing feel "definite" - There was rarely a point in the game where I actually felt like I had done anything.
The humor seems like it was a mishmash of random pop culture references and dated jokes - The "Romance" thing was particularly bizarre, since by the time that SR4 had came out, Mass Effect 3 was already a year old. Along with other things like the Dubstep gun that just made no sense to exist other then to be a cheap joke.
The characters felt heavily flanderized - Gat was a psychopath, but he wasn't as constantly crazy as he was. Kinzie was more "Squeaky", I guess? She was certainly more annoying then she was in the first game, where she was more of a "Crazy cute recluse girl". Plus, it felt like they made her more agoraphobic then she was in SR3. If I had played the game more recently then I would be able to provide more examples of how I feel about the characters.
Not part of my argument, but I ended up making my character Duke Nukem, and it felt more fitting and made me enjoy the game more then if I played it like a Saint's Row game. :v:
I really enjoyed the fuck out of SR3 and 4. I'm not as hype for this as I was SR4 but it's something to look forward to. I will probably buy it.
The devil looks like Terry Crews with horns.
Interesting. This could be SR4's Blood Dragon.
SR4 was SR4's Blood Dragon :v:

Well, after SR4 it's safe to say that they're probably dead, so I wouldn't say it's impossible to see them in Hell.

imagine being you
god that sounds fucking boring

From the video it looks to be exactly like that.

Vogel died too (who cares about how) and see where he's now.
I think we're going to get back everyone who died in SR4 in this expansion. Can't wait to see Angel, Oleg and Viola return
The Volition modding tools are out today and will support GOoH
