What Ramsay did was mischievous, he took went and bough store branded food and re-introduced it as what the restaurant made. Plus you could say what he did was a joke, making the restaurant look that bad.

If the restaurant didn't have an image crisis I don't think they would be calling Gordon Ramsay. The restaurants on his shows are always either on the verge of bankruptcy or have already have a bad image to begin with.
At the same time though Gordon's come across a lot of chefs that hold their pride to the bitter end. She came off as very prideful at the beginning and it wouldn't be surprising if Gordon was just trying to find new ways to reach people like her. Unfortunately, she just had her pride stomped on by store bought condiments.

Apparently this restaurant is still open, but with good reviews. It was from the latest season though (2 years ago), so we'll see if it continues to hold up.
Also I like how they're doing pitch modulation on the NINOOOOOOOO thing now.

If you watch the series you can see that this goes on for days, the owner being unable to see any mistake and take any serious criticism so by that point I'd too just tell them to shut it down because they dont want to listen. He tells her that the hummus sucks and why earlier on in the episode to help her, she says "You're wrong" what do you say to that?
