The difference is editing bullshit out, leaving the best bits of reaction from multiple sources of a target demographic. I'm not a fan, but to put that in the same league as the extremely lazy reactors is dumb.

I watched that first just expecting it to be contrast of production value compared to shit reaction channels, but the content to still be 'hey kids these r books remember these lol'
That was actually really thought provoking for them. I'm impressed, way more thought went into that video than the thumbnail leads on.

EDIT: The Fine Bros actually put a lot of thought into their videos, compared to those guys who just record themselves watching a video piggybacking off a viral video. The production values between Fine Bros and other reactors are worlds apart.
The Fine Bros make quality content especially when it's Kids and Teens using older technology they've never used before.
people upload to Youtube because they find it fun. its a hobby. while she has agreeable points, and I don't watch reaction videos, she doesn't have the right to tell people to stop doing things they like that aren't bringing harm to anybody else.

I think people are allowed to criticize pop culture because pop culture generally influences others and it ends up becoming the goal. (see: the near entirety of lets plays)
I never said anything about criticism. When you try to tell someone to stop doing something they enjoy, you're the one causing harm, not them. It's the same thing with let's plays. Telling someone to stop doing let's plays or reaction videos is like telling someone to delete their blog about trains, or to stop uploading photo albums. Like, why? No point in it except to put people down and pat yourself on the back for doing more ~interesting~ things with your time.
You also seem to think Let's Plays are a bad influence? I can think of worse influences than watching people play video games and have conversations. Or watching people's impressions on things. I'm not saying they're not shit, but come on, let them be.
Sidenote: I'd also like to point out how funny it is that she thinks reaction videos take less effort than let's plays when they require literally the same methods to produce.
