I agree that always online is really fucking stupid, but this dude really needs to calm down. Threatening physical violence on someone who is part of the design team for a product that you are not going to buy is really over the top.
I'm pretty sure that the sales figures of the new Xbox will show microsoft that it was a bad idea. Even if there are the Xbox fanboys that still buy it quite a lot of other gamers who see the problem will pass on it.
