Man, you shouldn't be shooting during asteroid fields. That's when you kick back and let the Dare Devil multiplier kick in. A few points for blowing up rocks is nothing in comparison to a far larger multiplier. :v:

Yah' but if I get in a jam with enemies with the asteroids and I have no bombs, it gets hard to dodge and shoot everything. Plus I just wanted to beat the song. Hehe, didnt learn that tip for awhile.

Usually I try to kill the boss they present me (Usually the 1 bi one or 2 small ones) as fast as I can so I don't have to deal with that scenario, but it has happen and usually I don't live.
