I just watched "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" yesterday so this was an excellent addendum
Speaking from experience, he's supposed to put the tab under his tongue so it gets into his system faster and absorbs into his blood stream rather than dissolve in his stomach after consumption. The confusion is the best part of acid. Nothing ever makes sense and its really difficult to focus on just one thing. On one tab, you most likely won't see too many visuals but you'll get the comfortable/warm feeling. Last week, I did 3 tabs and thats far more intense. The guy is very wise to do just one on his first time.
And I totally feel him with the fan. Unfortunately, if you're not used to acid, your body will get too warm and you'll start burning up, so any fresh air or forced air will feel totally fucking amazing.

Really depends on the tabs, I've had 1 tab from a blotter sheet on one occasion be stronger than 3 tabs from another sheet on a different occasion. That's the problem with tabs you can never be sure how high the dosage is, if it saturated the entire sheet evenly or if it's even acid at all and not an NBOMe until you take it.
See, I would like to do a drug like Acid or Shrooms or something, but I'm scared shitless of frying my brain.
I'm already an idiot, I can't risk any more damage to my brain :v:
I want to know the dosage, because that can change everything.
I only took 1 tab when I did it but the strength was different and I tripped for 16 hours.
Animals on shrooms are pretty awesome aswell.

you wont fry your brain, id say do shrooms before acid, they arent really drugs you do for common recreational use either like pot, like if you did that shit every weekend you probably would mess your brain, but if you do it very sparingly or even just do it once it wont do damage.

See that's the one thing keeping me from doing acid/shrooms etc. I know that if I get confused or loose my focus for even an hour I flip out and have a bad trip. I don't like not being in control.

Plan a day and chill somewhere safe like outside in a yard or on a deck or a nice open room, have some friends and keep 1 sober in case anything goes wrong, you wont really have a bad trip honestly, and even if you do you can remember your friends are there and as long as they arent assholes they will calm you down and you will be fine, its not like your gonna start seeing crazy fucked up shit by doing a little bit.
Plus with shrooms they only really last like 6 hours and you will hit your peak before that, and then slowly come down

16 hours is longer than an acid trip should last (unless you're including after effects), sounds like you might have gotten DOx, were the tabs bigger than a 1/4 inch?
Man I can say for sure that acid was the best experience I ever had with drugs. I did it alone on my house and it lasted for 8 hours. I waited for it to kick in while playing GTA IV and I remember exactly when and how it did. Cars started to melt with each other and I thought "hey, bugs aren't like those what the hell", and then I started to flip out. I went to my bedroom and kept staring out of the window. Man, it felt like I had a binocular attached to my eyes, I could hear everything, see everything, feel everything :v: Then I proceeded to play Oblivion, which made me really calm. Some mod recommended me awesome musics to go along with, I don't remember which mod but he also recommended me some fractal videos :v: Overall great experience. Not to mention the "feeling good" sensation, patterns moving around like crazy, etc. Had a little bad experience when my telephone rang but there was nobody on the line. Took out it's batteries and guess what, it rang again! Scary but nothing much :v:
