Iv'e yet to see one "good" "The Movies" game (including this one)
The JoCo song was good though.
You can't make a good anything with The Movies, there's no way around it.
I loved JoCo before he was popular (or his music, at least)
That wasn't good at all, Infact, not even Coulton could save it.
The only good "The Movies" movie was "Come On" by Fodoog, they made an original score, it was fucking good. Intentionally cheesy and terrible, but it was great for it. I've got it dl'd, feel like I should upload it for nostalgia's sake especially since it's not hosted anywhere.

it was a parody of itself
Oh The Movies, how you will forever stay in my heart.
Here is a movie I made years ago. 6,000 views and everyone disappointed.

The Movies sounded awesome and then you played it and it all went away.
It didn't help that you had a very limited video editor either.
The Movies needs an adult version. "The Pornos"

I do believe someone made a nude patch for that.
Oh God, I remember I spent so many hours playing this game.
I still believe that this one I made should win an Oscar.

Primarily due to the inability to make the actors move to spots you want, to be able to choreograph the scenes yourself. There was a powerfull editor for The Movies that planned on this, but I never saw that feature get anywhere.
Hell, Stunts And Effects (Expansion.) had a camera angle editor, but it was inebriated in that you could only make two checkpoints for the camera, an A and B, no C to make any decent curve with. And unless I'm - mistaken, the camera editor only worked on S/E content, as well.
The real value of the game was running the studio, but it became tedious micromanagement on anything other than the sandbox mode.
There was a good star-treck parody, a theme-song type of thing, I wonder what ever happened to it.
