That's a pretty neat looking game. Looks like a mix between Jet Set Radio and Audiosurf.
It's by no means a complete game though, which is a shame. They just did it as a little project I think.
Found it over at The Free Bundle site. By far the best game they've shown, after Megaman 8 Bit Deathmatch.
