feat Harambe, Winston etc, etc
So it's a jukebox musical featuring all the pop hits you remember. Except for Seth Mouse, he stokes his dead dream of being a Sinatra singer.
So it's Antz vs Bugs Life again?

While there's nothing really catching my interest at the moment I've gotta say, that's a killer cast. I quite like the use of Butterfly as well.

But it's a colorful animal movie that made lots of money and got critical acclaim. That's what Disney vs Dreamworks was about, outdoing each other. Illumination has been hot because of Despicable Me and Minions, so it makes sense they want to cash in on Disney money. Ironically, with a musical comedy :v:.

Zootopia was at least focused on them being animals and the story having some sort of metaphor convoluted within all of that. But looking at this... Why are they even animals? It doesn't have any reason to be.
Finding Nemo and Sharktale? ;v

There was no reason to make them animals except for those dumb name puns. At least Judy's parents weren't total a-holes like Little's dad who thought his own kid was nuts and wanted nothing to do with him.
