Help me recall some big show opening with some dude singing n' stuff

Okay, this is something i watched some time ago.

It was from some big ... Movie, music or Oscar, Grammy, etc etc, award show thing, and it was an opening act performed by, either an actor or a singer. I think the guy has got blond hair.

During this show he takes a big shit on alot of events, and a sporting event or two, and he dresses up in these puppet like costumes.

Can anyone make anything from this?!
