Sulfur hexafluoride is more dangerous than helium because it denser than air and stays at the bottom of your lungs, much like water. You have to stand on your hands or head to fully get it out of your lungs. (EDIT: This is actually wrong, see below as TheDecryptor corrected it)

Yeah, it's not true at all, urban legend (like pop rocks + coke)
Sulfur Hexafluoride is actually used in tests to see how well your lungs work (for smokers, etc.), the only difference being how long it takes to exhale it all.
Hell, as long as you mix oxygen into it (20%+ minimum) you could live on the stuff.
Oh well, that teaches me not to believe everything I hear. I'll correct my post.
At the end... that laugh. I could take over the world with that laugh!
