I usually hate all kinds of drugs, but why the fuck is this legal in so many places and cannabis is not?

Well you were comparing Marijuana with Salvia.

Salvia is a Hallucinogen so it makes you see crazy shit and freak out. And it starts working after about 15-30 seconds but goes away anywhere from 15 minutes to half an hour.

Why were you comparing them if you knew they were different in the first place?

I do wonder why Salvia is perfectly legal. While most other strong drugs like that are illegal.

Also, read that as "Couple getting wasted on saliva" and cringed, it brought the mental image of people chugging saliva.
