Use assetto corsa content manager to replace the sounds
If you have a data.acd file instead of a data folder you have to extract it in both the donor and the car you want to swap(you can extract it using [URL="http://zenhax.com/viewtopic.php?t=90"]this [/URL]quickbms script), the contents of that file should go to the data folder in the car's folder (like [URL="http://i.imgur.com/U4JECz6.png"]this[/URL]), you may then remove the data.acd file.
After that you have to copy the drivetrain and engine .ini files, after that you can adjust the weight of the car in car.ini and the weight distribution in suspension.ini, although I haven't had much luck with the later.
