I remember watching the show long ago when I was younger, it shaped my sense of humor. I think they sell the DVD box sets online.
I definitely have to check Duckman out sometime, but I just have trouble watching Klasky Csupo animation. Seems fitting for the show though, so I'll give it a chance.
