Is this going to be only on New 3DS?
Is this going to be only on New 3DS?
The trailer was apparently delisted so Koei was probably not planning on showing this trailer until E3. I believe we're gonna get some details soon.
I hope we don't need to buy the 3DS version to get the characters on the Wii U version. Not about to buy it while I own the Wii U one.
What!? Really!? Like that, out of nowhere? Well, that's a surprise. Hopefully, they allow us to transfer progress to the 3DS version as well cause I might not go out of my way to clock another 300 hours. I'm not even done with the Twilight Map and I haven't touched the Majora one yet. :v: Quite cool to see some Wind Waker love and more Hyrule Warriors in general. One bummer tho is that Tetra and the King might not be standalone DLC and require a 3DS copy and no Tingle, Twili Midna or Young Link on the 3DS (or at least no sign of them)
As someone who only owns a 3DS, this is pretty cool
I'm so glad they finally decided to put Wind Waker characters in it, but it looks like the 3DS version is required to unlock them in the Wii U version unfortunately. Yeah, I would hate to have to start all over from scratch. Especially since it's easy to burn hundreds of hours on this game just by making progress in adventure mode.
As much as I love the idea, the Wii U version had a few performance issues, though they had a ton of enemies on screen at once. I doubt there will be nearly as many enemies on screen in the 3DS version, even if they did make it New 3DS exclusive. It'll still be pretty cool to have it on the go though.
I dont think the older 3DS could handle this game imo. I bet its New 3DS only. They want to push sales after all.
From Unlisted to Private. Oh well. Also, Mark, the 3DS is quite powerful on its own. They could make a similar hardware restart like Smash Bros does to close BG programs and use more resources for the game and allow more sales overall. Plus, Japanese tend to put "Newニンテンドー3DS" for N3DS games, like Xenoblade. [editline]t[/editline] They even erased the title so I can't check if they had that or not. Bummer.

The weird part about this video is that it (supposedly) wasn't to go up at E3, but this friday. You'd think a port like this would be great for the Digital Event, but it seems there's other plans. What the hell are nintendo doing?
