Geek week has been good actually. Unlike comedy week that was awful.
I agree that Geek Week has produced good content but I still think the general idea of it is dumb.
Yeah it should have been called something else. Nobody says geek anymore well except the people who think they're "G33Ks" on the internet.
The only Geek Week videos I've watched are the ones with Ashens in. That would be the LARP parody, the old CBBC show revival, and Ashens: Quest for the Game Child.
The CBBC show thing hasn't been in this section yet but honestly it was just as cringeworthy and childish as you'd expect. Ashens doesn't say a whole lot or even be his character for the most part.
I burst out with laughter though when Ashens accidently tip-toed off a ledge, fell to his doom and brought the show to an abrupt end.
I thought the film was quite entertaining and very surprising in that respect with all the stigma I gave it going in.
This just seemed kind of obvious and bland to me. Of course they are doing it to drive traffic to their big partners, that's part of their job.
