Probably did it in two or more segments.
The amazing thing is that this could've easily been done a few more seconds quicker. He pauses during a few moments throughout, wasting a bit of time.
I beat this chamber in under 70 seconds for the trophy/achievement, but I guess you cant get the trophy/achievement in the Developer Commentary mode. :smith:

I timed it myself. I got it in around 60 seconds right from the start of the level. I'm still not sure why I didn't get it.

That's strange, I've always been able to unlock achievements in Commentary...
He is kind of using a bug there as he stepped on the cube. This makes it invalid for me.

Great, but how did the panel lower itself at 0:22? I thought you needed to block the laser to lower it, and as far as I saw it wasn't blocked.
