It's a symbol of their playerbase a year from now.

Has me thinking of that fun as heck star wars arcade(Like, actual arcade machine) shooter
Oh my god, Sheev has his fucking screetch jump from Episode 3.
This is fantastic, I take back everything I said about this game.
"Explore the planets yourselves"
"YOU CANT GO THERE! RETURN TO THE FIGHTING AREA IN 5 SECONDS OR BE SHOT DOWN!"
Man this game really nailed down the star wars atmosphere.

Didn't know they had some sort of versus splitscreen mode for heroes

Takes me back to the Star Wars Trilogy Arcade machine. Wasted more money on that game than anything else in the place just to beat it 100%.
The new arcade game with the ball mechanic is fun too, but the thought of paying multiple times to do one level regardless if you win or not is bullshit!

Talking about the site that lets you look around the maps and offers some explanation, not the game itself.

It really kills me there isn't some kind of single player mode. I really enjoyed survival in the beta, so at least there's that.
There's some sort of skirmish mode. Idk how in depth it'll be but it's supposed to be similar to bot matches in the older games, just on specific maps.
The sound design in this game is pretty fucking insane. Best i've probably ever heard in a game.
Everything sounds exactly like it's supposed to sound
Holy fuck those graphics
I had to make sure that the trailer wasn't live action when they showed off that cave on Hoth
Not sure if I was the only one, but the game for a 10/10 for me for sound and visuals, which were absolutely stunning, but the gameplay was so unbelievably dull and generic that I couldn't bring myself to play it after 10 or so matches.
I think the game would have actually been good if it was the equivalent of what BF2142 was to BF2, but I feel like they were trying way too hard to make the game 'not Star Wars: Battlefield' like people were saying it would be, and ended up basically with a stripped down form of Battlefield gameplay wise.
You are definitely not the only one.
At the very least the people who dislike the gameplay that much have been way more vocal than the people who really enjoy the game.

I appreciate the attempt at a more arcadey approach, but the whole "4 planets" thing was limiting from the start and was a sign that the game was going to be lacking in content.
Ultimately, that is what will kill it. Although personally I got turned off when the trailers all had some sassy action girl shouting at the player "RAMIREZ" style, just like every fucking modern military shooter. I'm pretty sure DICE doesn't even have writers at this point.
The gameplay was so dull, but the immersion was so insanely good i am acually considering buying the game after a month or so from a cd-key page and play it. Now suffice it to say i am a mega starwars fan so immersion is key.

Does nobody ever fucking read anymore? There's more single player content than just survival.

They're starting to realise what's causing their shitty aim.

I thought the 4 planets thing was going to be limiting, but then I've noticed that there are a lot of levels for each planets for each game mode. It's better to think of each planet as a theme than a level.

" Hmm. Adventure. Hmm. Excitement. A gamer craves not these things."
Jesus I'm going to just love standing around listening to all of the sound effects. I love how they were able to replicate it exactly while adding depth and weight to them. I mean the lasers sound like they pack a punch to them, especially the AT-AT's cannons
