Hopefully something comes up and he makes spongecandy as well. Spongecandy is somewhere high on my list of, "Things I'd willingly die for" next to Blasdale Pizzeria's buffalo wing subs.
This is really neat, he makes it all sound simple and makes me interested in trying to make some.
Bingning with Babish is a channel I never expected to like. I actually WANT to attempt these dishes he makes from shows. Hell I always wanted to make a Krabby Patty when I was a kid!

In theory it is simple, it's just a matter of execution which takes practice. So I would say give it a shot if you're inclined towards it, my friend is planning on trying to do the milk steak recipe soon himself.
