really well done
A family like ford is keeping up with a Mclaren? i know its an arcade racer but that is pretty stupid.
Did they seriously censor that hand? C'mon...
Oh god that Corvette eating the curb... Ouch. Also the Focus ST is badass.
Oh god that Corvette eating the curb... Ouch. Also the Focus ST is badass.
The sound when it happens makes me cringe, doubt the tyre lasted much longer.
Did they seriously censor that hand? C'mon...
but think of the children one middlefinger will corrupt their minds
Say what you want, But that was pretty awesome.
Must've been a bitch to do those powerslides in that Focus.
Did that 'vett eating the curb get destroyed? If so I'll take it and fix it :v:
Must've been a bitch to do those powerslides in that Focus.
2.0L 4 cyl twin turbo pushing 247HP / 266ft. lb. They probably disabled front brakes, hauled ass and power slid the rear end out. It's Ford's GTI.
Ahaha, that's a really fun ad to watch
When it switched to game graphics it was too much of a contrast, they ended up looking awful.
A family like ford is keeping up with a Mclaren? i know its an arcade racer but that is pretty stupid.
Not really; they're in a city making a lot of turns. No time to reach top speed. Kind of like a man racing a horse in a forest.

Anyone know if this is on the Frostbite 2 engine? I'd imagine so.
Or... use the handbrake
It's all wheel calipers, front wheel drive. That wouldn't do much.
so did they spend the whole budget on the cars and the stunt drivers?
Graphics Level: 2Realistic4RealLife (Extreme 1000%)
It really sucks that companies are dumbing down games so the kiddies who can't make a single effort to accomplish something could enjoy the game just like the serious racers do. Driving the cars isn't even interesting anymore. You just buy all the engine parts which give +20 power each and you pull the handling line all the way to grip or drift, and you can keep up with the Bugatti Veyron Supersport in your little 2001 Ford Focus 1.6 . I miss the intensity when you could just barely keep up with a much powerful car and you had to rely on cornering to close the gap.
imagine if games looked like the start of the ad

It's not entirely live action, it's CGI after 1:35
