Didn't see this anywhere else, though more people should be aware of this. For those not in the know, Mir is the relatively new South Korean studio that did most of the work on TLoK, as well as S4 of The Boondocks. This movie looks gorgeous, and though no international release has been announced, we're supposedly getting French and English dubs later this year.

I think anime comes from the Japanese importing of the word anime. So no. It'd be the Chinese import version I think.
