Jesus mother of fuck, that's a lot more impressive than lifting.
phew, who turned on the /fit/?
Crazy.
Was cringing for the entire first half. It's like a personal trainer's worst nightmare.

crossfit is often done poorly, and promotes unsafe practice.

Why no squats? I guess you can't really jump around too readily with 300lbs resting on your shoulders.
god damn i wish i could do any of the flipping around and shit that they do. like, where the hell do you even start if you wanted to get into that without killing yourself in an hour

At an early age would be my best guess. Gymnastics and tumbling and stuff.
The flipping stuff looks really fun.

With patience, exercise, and good eating. Getting to the point where you can flip like in the video at your age is doable but it will take years of persistent strength and coordination training. Reddit is usually shat upon here but /r/bodyweightfitness/ is a bastion of good info for the budding gymnast. I'm currently training to do some gymnastics myself but I'm only a rank beginner.

Starting early is always a nice advantage but it's never too late. Don't rule yourself out because you think you're older.
