Zooming is basically setting time frames and altering the video, so say for example I have the video zoomed in at 200% on Bill Nye's face at 0:30 seconds, then I decrease it to 100% at 0:38 seconds - it will be an 8 second zoom out. It's all practice and you can do it :).
