[b]TUTORIAL[/b]
1. First navigate to the data folder in your gta 4 folder. Do this by opening you windows explorer, for me the correct path to my data folder is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto iv\GTAIV\common\data"
2. Create a copy of handling.dat and rename it "hhandling.dat'' you will use this if you want to change it back to normal
3. Open 'handling.dat' in notepad
4. Scroll down until your see this (Or line 96 of you are using notpad++)

5. Change all the Wbias to -15 feel free to experiment with stuff like -15000

6. If you want to get back and use your normal cars change 'handeling.dat' to 'hhhandeling.dat' and ''hhandeling.dat'' to 'handeling.dat

It's recommended to do like -15 i tried -15,000 for fun but that is just way to much.
change either wbias to -9, but I'm sure you can change the traction curve's min and max to negative numbers
What made it funnier was the music.
i remember seeing something like this on dat stream
he also modded it so civilian ragdolls had negative friction and his shove shot them into the air
at one point there was a flock of cars flying across the city

What is it, one person uploads something like that to youtube to show facepunch, then the rest of facepunch do the same thing over and over again.
