The Ballad of Gay Tony has that cheat. I love kicking cars and flipping them. You can also launch people straight up into the air by kicking them.

There isn't much to say about the video.
You only walk around and kick and punch cars and people all the time.
That's it.
What to say? The mod seems like fun for 2 minutes, then it just gets boring and ridicilous. It's like playing Prototype without any powers except for super strength.
At least the music can make some proper discussion.
