Do i care whether i have more money than her? And as to the better music. i happen to be in a band and it way not sound as good as her music, but at least we make our own music (blues/rock). write and play it and sing it all ourselves without it going through a few programs to make it sound decent. And Tik Tok is just another song that will be swallowed up by time and will not last for more than a few months. She is just one more person that has been vomited out by music producers to make money.

Noone these days in the charts writes their own music. Alexandra burke, shugar babes, the saturdays all have thier music written for them. its common knowledge and i find it surprising that you don't know this already. And when i say autotune i mean auto pitch leveling software that corrects any mistakes in the pitch of your voice. T-pain uses autotune, everyone else uses auto pitch control software. You only have to listen to them live to realize this.

I know that generally there are pop stars out there signed by people like Disney who have music written for them. But like I said before. I think it's funny that music tons of people think is good is somehow bad to you. It's almost like you're saying "Oh my god more than 10 people like that song, it sucks." And then you try and say some band I've never heard of writes real music. I'm not saying they're bad but I've never heard of them. They're obviously nothing special.

Of course you haven't heard of them. because they are not in the charts. The charts are dominated by popular bands that are voted for by children. and I'll have you know that i am very open to listening and liking popular music, I have a soft spot for a bit of Madonna and the likes. And I'm not saying it sucks, I'm just stating my opinion. Its you who is trying to ram this down our throats.
Also, saying elbow is nothing special is stupid. They are a completely unique band in every respect.

Not once have I tried to ram it down your throats. I'm just amazed that you think that THIS is one of the worst artists out there right now. Or were you feeling angsty and decided to use emotionally charged words? Also I highly doubt many parents would want their kids listening to Jay Z and the like. The charts are dominated by people who, you know, can make good music. I'm not saying everyone with a top 40s hit is good but if they got there, they're probably not bad.
