Dear you. Please stop posting. I'm sorry but these are NOT that good, honestly they look pretty bad. My schools computers only have Elements 8 as well, but I can do almost anything with E8 that I can do with CS5, 95% of the tools and features are there. You shouldn't need a fucking "custom Photoshop workspace" to create something impressive, don't blame the tools. And sure it's above average for school work but compare yourself to any other art posted here (hint: most of it is [i]incredible[/i]) and consider whether or not this belongs. Keep improving by all means, but just because you have "limited resources" doesn't mean the result is somehow better. How do you get that much worse compared to your 'portfolio' just by not having a shit load of "gfx" packs? You should really learn to use what's available, because looking at your portfolio it's hard to believe you're the same person. Actually in comparison I'd bury the jeep image and hope no one ever finds it. EDIT: Okay maybe a little mean. Really though. Portfolio > Whatever the frick this jeep garbage is

Jeep Wrangler is the only good Jeep. The old Cherokee is a small exception.

Nothing wrong with using the magic wand tool, I use it all the time. You should get more originality into your stuff and not expect people to [I]buy[/I] it when you're just learning how to do this. With originality I mean at least use the proper font for the Jeep text and think of the environment you're putting the cars in. Jeeps are known for being off-roaders so I'd put them on a dirt road at least. Also with the magic wand tool you'd want to zoom in to see exactly where it's selecting

Also the resolution is weird for being a wallpaper. 1599 x 1066 isn't wallpaperish You automerge breaker

If you can't accept criticism, you've got no future in creating any designs, graphics or anything else resembling art.
