There is nothing illegal about recording video or taking photographs in public. It's a public place. And I highly doubt the lady owns that property and therefore they aren't trespassing. I think she's freaking on them because some OTHER skaters have harassed her before, or simply because she grew up being bullied by skaters and just has something against them. I don't know, but god damn. She's definitely not the brightest. I mean really, the guys were talking to her and she's screaming that she doesn't like being yelled at, then finally the one guy does yell at her and confronts her and she goes quiet "stop yelling at me".
