Whoops, turns out I was quite wrong earlier, I didn't look at the dates. MP made their proposal yesterday, while the program it was taken from aired on February 8. The video actually makes fun of Poland's foreign affairs minister who said something along the lines of "it's strange to have this big celebration in a place where the war had started".
