To bad they don't put that amount of effort towards the animation of the show.
All I want in life is a TV show animated with the care and life these couch gags have.
That was really cool
also lol was that a 3-eyed raven at :25? Why's everything gotta be reminding me that the GoT new season is still 2 days out fuck sake

The unfortunate part is that this couch gag animation probably took as much time to animate as the rest of the episode did.
This couch gag must have more frames than all episodes of the last 5 seasons.

It's probably just referencing the fish.

You're gonna need alot of money to have animation like for for every episode to have that quality of animation then.
Fucking Eric Goldberg, man, that guy is great.
Did you know he was gonna direct the animation for a Roger Rabbit sequel at one point? That would have been amazing.

i like that when he tried to emulate the shitty modern Simpsons artstyle at the end with the extremely stiff movements, the characters all sighed in disappointment
I love how I hear more about the couch gag more than anything about the actual episodes them selves.

because the couch gags are the only things that really stand out anymore since the guest works can pretty much do whatever they want, from horrific to surrealism to shout-outs to shitting on the series itself
At this point no one except the diehards really care about the Simpsons as a modern series itself anymore. It's ran on too long, and it shows.
i wish fox didn't make the animators sacrifice their animating skills for... nothing?

what are the basic episode this season last time i herd they where all about lisa or something and the last halloween episode kinda of bored me so now the halloweens ones are starting to lose there effect
why does animation domination always upload the clips with the temp tracks for the sound? it always absolutely kills whatever is happening on screen, since they heavily rely on the final sound effects.
Umm, guys? Why did Homer eat a can of beer?

shut up flanders.
Even the 'modern' version of the animation was still a lot nicer than a lot of the stuff we normally see.
