Wha.....cya guys I'm off to the thrift shop.
I hope I can get myself sorted their I only got 20 dollars in my pocket.
I remember back when I was like 8 I'd watch a lot of black and white movies with my dad on TCM (still do) and I thought fedoras looked like the coolest hat ever (you know, when Humphrey Bogart was wearing one).
So being the disillusioned little shit I was I set about looking for one to wear. Luckily this was way before they became... 'popular' again (I can't remember seeing them around until like 4 or 5 years ago) and no one sold them, so I never bought one.
Luckily I realized I wasn't a 35 year old well-chiseled tough-as-nails fast-talking-high-trousers detective in time to save myself from that embarrassment.
That was quality!
I bought a fedora once, before the comeback. I wore it once with a tuxedo and I think I pulled it off with my majestic sideburns. I never wore it again though because I never really liked wearing hats.
i like that this video is just as bad as both of the things he's calling out
The song reminded me of when Mastadon did the intro for the Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie.
