Fucking pigs - the PROTESTERS. Beating that riot police officer in the end. They are there to arbitrate, and maintain PEACE. It is the politician scum you should be going after. -snip- Ending was a bit too far, it just makes no sense to beat the police and burn them.
Wow, it's escalated to the use of firearms on both sides?
Jesus Christ the 4th video at the end where the riot guard gets the shit beaten out of him.
it's funny because after all this, whatever the outcome, Ukraine is going to be in more debt that it already is, most of the people are going to go into poverty. Then they'll have to clean up everything they destroyed. However, beating civilians or people to a pulp and stealing everything off their body is fucking barbaric. The pellet gun, and the real pistol is sure as shit going to be fuel for a war that the civilians aren't going to win.
The riot police honestly should just stand down, it's a battle they cannot win unless they start mowing down protesters with machine guns but then they would get the entire world on their asses.
it looked like people were stepping in to stop that riot officer getting killed at the end. i don't think anyone wants that. it looks like they were gonna loot him for his kit and armour and then leave it at that dunno what i'd do in that situation. part of me thinks it'd probably be best to take his stuff and then let him go back to his fellow officers. i don't think anyone wants a dead cop on their hands or a hostage situation. that would be terrible
It really makes me cringe knowing that the people are not giving up and neither are the police. The police force should turn around and say "We are for the people" just like they're supposed to be and stand up for the people who don't want to use force but see no alternative to getting their message across. I also understand Ukraine is in the shit with their debt but the willingness of the people of the country who want to change should be good enough reason for other countries in the EU to give them a chance, it's not like it's a total fucking mess anyway so the least we can do is try and help each other to help ourselves.

Their economy is fucked and it will get even worse after this.
Its amazing what people can do with such little power. you'd think the police wouldn't break as fast and easy

Its not as simple as the people vs the establishment.

It'll escalate like Syria, as the police get more brutal so do the protesters. Police bring machine guns, protesters bring IEDs. Police bring tanks, protesters bring RPGs. Eventually it's a civil war and you start getting organized rebels with military hardware. This is not a winnable situation, the Arab spring proved this. Violent crackdowns on civil discontent doesn't work anymore.
Whoa, I've never seen such ferocity at police lines. Usually if the police charge masses of people run like fuck!
Those protesters holding the line from a fucking BTR. Wow.
