Banned from Facepunch on a single PC in the network

Well, I installed Windows 7 64-bit on my desktop today and as soon as I installed Chrome and tried to sign in to Facepunch, I got this:
You can't login because someone using your IP Address has been banned within the last 3 months.
If it was you and it was a temporary ban, you will be able to log in when that ban expires.
Email forums@facepunch.com of you really think this is a mistake.
I was certain there was no reason to ban my IP, so I tried to sign in on my laptop and that was all fine. I thought it somehow banned my internal IP, so I changed it in the router configuration, but my desktop is still the only PC that is banned from Facepunch.
What is the problem here?
reset router anyway and hope it works
wait 3 months
thats what i did

A week ago someone has posted a banme on your IP, you'll have to wait three months/change your IP
If I have been IP banned, then how come I can log in just fine on any PC other than my desktop? They all use the same external IP, don't they?
I'll reset the router now.
Overv: Resetting router didn't work.
Note that I am not using a proxy here, just another PC connected to the same router on the same IP address.
Possibly a mistake?

Of course I will do that, but the point I'm trying to make here is that only a single PC on this network containing 4 PCs, all using the same WAN IP, have no trouble signing in to Facepunch.
As far as I know, an outside source, like Facepunch, can't ban certain internal IP addresses.
They must have different WAN IPs. Did you check them? http://showip.net/
Same thing happened to me but I dont even see how its possible because im the only one in my network that knows about Facepunch and its a hard wire network. I do use my laptop and desktop on facepunch at the same time. I still havent checked to see if I can re-log in. But what the hell? I did nothing to get banned.
Tried clearing out your cookies and stuff like that?

Yeah that really didnt do anything.
Try clearing browser cache?
Look It happened to me just after I installed Windows 7 there was absolutely no trace of Facepunch beforehand.
Ah, I have no idea then. I've only been active on FP during one of my bans, so I don't know much about how they work.
Go into your router setup and change your ip.
Tried that ages ago. Couldnt do it because of my faggy ISP.
CCleaner doesn't help?
Hell I made a thread about this ~2 months ago and all I got was "You retard got what you deserved. Probably spamming oify shit" And now I get replies?
Anyway Im going to log out of my laptop and try and log into an alt and see what happens.
Edit:
Well it works now. I havent bothered to check since both my computers are logged into FP and I hardly ever have to log out. Thanks for the help anyway guys I guess I got IP banned in July or August since it said 3 months. Still I cant figure out how I got banned during than. I was on Vacation, no need to get in depth since no one would actually read this part.
I had the same problem too when I tried to log in on my zune.
Odd.
Thank god
