Jamming some improvised live dark ambient with real instruments (acoustic drums and baritone guitar)

Went to my studio with my lovely girlfriend for the first time. She normally only plays a bit ukulele, gave her my weird ass caynug baritone guitar setup with some creepy sound patches a beer and went to the drumkit.
This improvised jam came out

Can you do a version without the drums? Totally breaks it

Ofcourse I can, I could sit down and just play the creepy guitar stuff for hours - I think it would get stale quick tho.

I'd very much like to hear a 10 minute version of that.
I put this on, followed it with that acoustic DADGAD video you did a while back and finished up some homework for college.
Considering it helped me keep relaxed, I'd say it was pretty good.
I've been listening to this, trying to put my finger on what I wasn't digging and I finally found it: The guitar isn't loud enough. When you get a rhythm going with your drums it drowns out the guitar a bit. Good stuff, otherwise. Y'all in SoCal?
Really interesting, I'd love to hear more Ambient stuff.

I'd definitely be cool with hearing y'all drop some more jams on the reg. Drums seemed a bit low on the high end but I still enjoyed it plenty. Also i'm a sucker for milkdrop (assuming it was milkdrop), did you set it up to take live input or did you add it in post?
I actually really like it with the drums. Reminds me of some late-90s/early-00s RTS or space game soundtrack. Could be used in Warzone 2100, or Tiberian Sun.

Thank you  yes thats milkdrop and it opens up such a new world of possibilities for usage on my videos
It's added in post btw, a live input with a big fancy projector would be mind breaking while playing!

I did my best in post production to make the guitars louder, sadly it's all recorded with one microphone so I could not adjust levels more than I did with tons of trickery.
Thank you  we are in germany mannheim.

My girlfriend was quite amazed that somebody could finish homework to this  Thank you for cheering her (and me) up!
Also I feel great knowing that you also checked out the dadgad video <3
