I was hoping they'd fix the performance by the end of the season but they haven't. 30-40 fps for me on medium/low on a GTX 770 and i5 4670.

It's a surprising business model and hey if it means a year more worth of content. It's pretty great, the game is amazing. It's just that it's a very odd business model.
