• The font my computer is unreadable but only some of it

I've looked around for ages for the fix to this problem and I've tried loads of methods but to no avail. I think I saw a thread on Facepunch some 2 years ago being able to change my system font and I'm not quite sure how I did it, but anyway. Some programs like Chrome, or Gmod's text in the menu are affected but everything else like firefox is fine. Does anyone know how the fuck I did this? Please send help :( Screenies:
Might be cleartype fucking up http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000557.htm Try this
I had this happen when I tried Windows 8 - if I remember right it was something to do with ClearType.
Good luck trying to read out replies then
Did you happen to use gdipp
Good luck trying to read out replies then
works fine in Firefox though
works fine in Firefox though
Just joking :v: Annoying problem to have I'd expect.
Just joking :v: Annoying problem to have I'd expect.
The weird thing is Chrome was fine for like 2 whole years, then when I came back from Holiday it was all fucked up :( I tried to change the cleartype thing and it edits all the other texts. Not the ones that are affected :(
Try disabling GPU accel in Chrome? [editline]26th January 2013[/editline] chrome://flags/ [editline]26th January 2013[/editline] try resetting your GPU settings to defaults, too
Did this come on suddenly, without any windows updates or setting changes being involved? If so, probably a failing GPU
Did this come on suddenly, without any windows updates or setting changes being involved? If so, probably a failing GPU
I seriously doubt this is a GPU failure.
I seriously doubt this is a GPU failure.
Scratch that, didn't take in the fact that Aero was in use Or that GMod was running
OR OP has a ATI card with Morphological Anti-aliasing Enabled.
