Not that great. My dog used to operate door handles with his face.
My old dog stood on it's two legs and opened doors with it's paws/face.
We always woke up with our dog sleeping in the living room waiting for us to turn on the heater.
my dog would throw up and then eat it again. My dog was self sustaining, beat that.
