Yup, always happens. Someone shows glaringly obvious signs that they are going to do this, and no one does anything. Then it happens.
I feel like there should be some accountability when someone tells people "Hey guys I'm gonna kill a ton of people!" Almost seems borderline aiding and abetting a criminal.
