What/Who is Filthy Frank? Basically, he is a Japanese man who recently moved to NYC to study for college. He makes all sorts of terrible and racist videos and pictures, and he does them so over-the-top, that many people find him funny. His videos and pictures pretty much speak for themselves.

He likes to play off of American gangster culture, and he often does a whole bunch of random videos that have to do with sex and fetishes.
