To be honest, all these phones are pretty much made in the same country using the same materials. I read an article on the Daily Mail (pretty shameful I know) about how much it costs Apple to build an iPhone.

It proceeds to show a table of all the materials and the cost. You truly are paying simply for the label. I hate that so much, but it's not like we can escape it.. We are living in a world run by, and fueled by consumers.

Anything that can take photos can do panorama, if it isn't built in you can still do it by just stitching the photos together

Its something that really isnt needed, the dataplan I mean.
Sure, I would love to have a smartphone, they are sick, but I wish I could just own an Iphone on my cheap monthly Verizon plan, but no, I have to get some expensive data plan or they wont sell me the phone.
Same with android, and most likely the same for this, and the Verizon data plans are shit, I hate data limits.
The part I don't get is people who upgrade every year to the new iPhone when they already have one of the previous ones. I have the iPhone3GS and will only switch if it breaks, it does everything I need it to and it's costing me £12 per month, can't really go wrong.

You have less financial restraints than others though. Between feeding myself and ongoing improvement of my car I don't have a huge budget for technology
